In 1995, three of us – Chris Roxburgh, Peter Rand and Kaye Smith – joined forces with the intention of building a successful company. We each had considerable experience within the door-to-door industry and believed that, jointly, we could offer a fantastic service to customers in this marketplace.
Today? We're one of the market leaders, with a head office on the Wirral, a southern sales office in Hampshire and a transport depot with full warehousing facilities in Liverpool. We employ over 30 full-time staff and a number of part-time personnel undertaking distribution quality control work.
Throughout that growth, we have stuck by three principles that underpin LinkDirect. The first relates to our standards of customer service. All our customers, who include publishers, advertisers and advertising agencies, know that knowledge of the market, accurate targeting information and a meticulous eye for detail are essential for a successful campaign, whether that’s a leaflet distribution, free newspaper distribution
or directory distribution.
They are not going to stand for a shoddy job - and neither do we. Standards are crucial, and we conduct rigorous checks to ensure that each and every campaign is executed to the very highest criteria.
The second is our attention to accurate targeting. We have the ability to conduct multi-million, national campaigns or small, local ones. We can target whatever audience you want. As well as a mix of sophisticated targeting tools such as Experian's Mosaic and our in-house developed mapping system SMART, we use a strong, well-tried delivery structure to ensure that our customers are talking directly to their targets. As a matter of course we carry out detailed post-distribution analysis, a vital element of a good

Finally, we place environmental awareness at the forefront of all our campaigns. We actively support the use of recycled paper, minimise wastage through well-planned and targeted campaigns, and have taken a leading role within the direct marketing industry in helping to promote a greener agenda.
