Telephone Backchecking - backing up our service

Telephone Backchecking supplements the standard levels of supervision. Used on both Solus and NewsLink distribution, Telephone Backchecking allows LinkDirect access to BT's current UK telephone book database, enabling telephone backchecks to be made using up-to-date contact names and/or telephone numbers to confirm deliveries of promotional material.

The service is available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day via the telephone system, and enables LinkDirect to respond rapidly to client's delivery queries. In addition to this service LinkDirect can arrange for telephone research to be undertaken while conducting backchecks.
