Objective
To build rounds, populate staff and establish a weekly distribution structure for a free local newspaper, with an emphasis on efficiency and accountability with every distribution.
Method
Using SMART, our in-house mapping software, we carefully establish distributor routes covering the circulation area of the free newspaper. Supervisory staff and distributors are recruited locally for each round and briefed accordingly. An independent telephone back-checking company is employed to carry out a minimum of 1% of circulation checks each week.
Result
Launching in 1982, one free newspaper title has relied on high levels of distribution efficiency to become a well-established media outlet for the area it services. Since then, a number of clients have employed us to conduct similarly effective newspaper distributions.
